Brooke Vincent

Cierra Cierra Brooke BrookeBrooke Vincent, born in Manchester on the 22nd of June 1992. She opted to be an actress when she was seven after becoming bored of dancing lessons and swimming. Then she joined Laine Management. Her debut came on TV in 2002 with the role of Casey Glass, in League of Gentleman. In March of 2004 she was invited for an audition for the role of Sophie Webster in Coronation Street because the previous character Emma Woodward decided to leave the soap. Brooke was cast in the part and appeared for her first appearance on May 12 on the 12th May April 12, 2004. Brooke graduated from Fairfield High School for Girls after which she went to the University of Manchester where she took classes in drama. Apart from her role of a regular character on Coronation Street, Brooke got the opportunity to work on a Saturday in the local hair salon. Brooke told This Morning in 2009 that while she liked her Saturday work, she had trouble answering the phone as she spoke with a "common vocal tone".
